Ingredients

  • 3 cup apple cider chilled
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry sparkling wine chilled; such as Prosecco or Champagne

Equipment

  • 12 champagne flutes

Method

  1. Pour 1/4 cup apple cider into each of 12 champagne flutes, then top each glass with sparkling wine, dividing the bottle evenly.
  2. Serve immediately.

Notes

Keep the cider and sparkling wine chilled, and assemble just before serving to preserve the bubbles. Best served immediately; assembled drinks can be refrigerated for up to 1 day but will lose carbonation. Do not freeze. For a nonalcoholic option, use chilled sparkling cider in place of sparkling wine.
