Ingredients

  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers
  • 24 pretzel rods
  • 0.25 cup sprinkles red and green Christmas

Equipment

  • 1 18x13-inch baking sheet
  • 1 microwave

Method

  1. Line an 18x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the white chocolate melting wafers in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until mostly melted; stir until smooth.
  4. Dip one end of each pretzel rod into the melted wafers, coating about two-thirds of the rod and letting excess drip back into the bowl.
  5. Place each coated pretzel rod on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the coated pretzels with the red and green sprinkles before the coating sets.
  7. Let stand at room temperature until the coating is firm, 30 to 45 minutes.

Notes

For a smooth coating, stir the wafers after every 30-second microwave interval. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 14 days; freeze for up to 2 months. For a dairy-free option, use dairy-free white chocolate melting wafers.
