Ingredients

Greek yogurt base
  • 2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.333 cup key lime juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp key lime zest
  • 0.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup white chocolate chips

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Prep and flavor
  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make removal easy.
  2. Whisk plain Greek yogurt, key lime juice, honey, and key lime zest until smooth and fully combined, with no visible streaks.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined sheet pan, aiming for about a 1/4-inch thickness.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top and press gently so they adhere to the surface.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the bark in a zigzag pattern for a classic pie look.
Freeze and serve
  1. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid enough to break into pieces.
  2. Break into serving-size pieces and store in the freezer in an airtight container for later snacking.

Notes

For clean, scoop-free slices, freeze the sheet pan flat until fully firm before lifting off the parchment. Store airtight in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. No freezing after breaking isn’t needed—freeze storage is already ideal. For a lower-sugar option, use a honey substitute or reduce honey to 2 tbsp while keeping the yogurt and lime amounts the same.
